גדי עמיאל

Gadi Amiel holds degrees in Civil Engineering and in Architecture from the Technion IIT. As a Major in the IDF he served as an architect and engineer at the Israeli Air Force, planning and managing unique and extensive construction projects. As the owner and manager of an architectural, engineering, and a project management company, he planned and executed a wide range of residential and public projects. Gadi is also a co-founder of Little Heroes, an NPO that benefits thousands of disabled children in Israel.

Driven by the wisdom of morality and kindness in the Buddhist teachings and practice, Gadi is inspired to lead the planning and construction of a center that will significantly deepen and widen the opportunity of spiritual teachings and practice in Israel. With deep appreciation, love and faith in this path, Gadi is seeking to support his dear teacher’s vision, by building the spiritual center in Israel.

Gadi is married to Miriam and is a father to three children.

עו"ד צבי בן חיים

Tsvika Ben Haim received with high honors degrees in Law, and in Business Management. An expert in planning, construction and municipalities, and deeply inspired by the vision of the International Spiritual Center, Tsvika is honored to act as a legal adviser to the team.

מרים עמיאל

Miriam Amiel holds a Masters degree from the Technion IIT, is married and a mother of three children, and is a retired Lieutenant Colonel from the Israeli Defense Forces, where she was in charge of big projects such as the privatization of food services for the military. She is dedicated to the spiritual path and to working for the benefit of others, and is currently involved in projects that bring together communities from various segments in the Israeli society. Miriam seeks to support her teacher's vision of a center for peace in the Middle East.

הנזירה לובסנג ג'מפני (לאה אהרוני)

Lobsang Jampani (aka Leah Aharoni) has been Lama's Dvora student for the last 13 years.  She holds a Masters degree from Northwestern University in Counselling Psychology. She is retired now, after years of teaching and counselling teenagers, parents and teachers in high schools, as well as having her own private clinic.  During the years 2010-2014 She headed the groups of Asian Classic Institute students in Israel, and from 2015-2018 served as head of the curriculum at Arava Spiritual Center. She was ordained as a Buddhist nun on 2015, and currently lives in the monastery at Arava Spiritual Center.

הנזיר לובסנג קלסנג (אוֹרי בדר)

אורי בדר סיים את לימודיו בבית הספר למשחק 'בית-צבי' בשנת 1995 ועבד כשחקן בעיקר בתיאטרון הלאומי 'הבימה', קרוב לעשרים שנה.
בשנת 2002 החל לעבוד גם ב'סינפיל', חברת הפצה וקופרודוקציות של סרטים, ועבד כסוכן מכירות של סרטים בינלאומיים (בעיקר סרטי תעודה).
במשך 14 שנים בסינפיל, מונה למנהל המכירות והרכש של החברה, כשהוא מטפל בהפצה בינלאומית לסרטים, וכן השתתף בהפקות סרטי קולנוע, הבולט והידוע ביותר הוא "שומרי הסף", שהיה מועמד לפרס האוסקר לסרט התיעודי הטוב ביותר בשנת 2013.
בשנת 2015 הוסמך לנזיר בודהיסטי במסורת הטיבטית וקיבל את השם לובסנג קלסנג. לאחר מכן עבר להתגורר במנזר, ב'מרכז רוחני ערבה' (מוע"ר).

חיים עמרם

חיים הוא בעל תארים B.Sc במתמטיקה ומדעי המחשב, ו MA בלימודי מזרח אסיה, שניהם מאוניברסיטת ת"א.
עבד למעלה מ 25 שנה בתעשיית ההי-טק, בתפקידי מחקר ופיתוח וניהול קבוצות פיתוח תוכנה ומוצרים בסטארטאפים ובחברות גלובליות.
הוא מתרגל בודהיזם ומרכז פרוייקטים בעמותת שיטה וחכמה, כמו תרגום דהרמה לערבית, ופרוייקטים טכנולוגיים.
חיים מרגיש בר-מזל להיות חלק מהחזון הגדול של לאמה דבורה-הלה בהרחבת מעגלי השלום הפנימי והחיצוני לאזור כולו, ומרכז את ההיבטים הטכנולוגיים של הפרוייקט.

אביב קוטאי-נצר

אביב נשואה ואמא לשתי בנות, בוגרת לימודי קולנוע וטלויזיה במכללת תל חי ועבדה במשך שנים כמפיקה ובמאית של סרטים. משנת 2014 הפכה לתלמידה של לאמה דבורה הלה במסלול הלימודים במרכז רוחני ערבה וכן מלמדת קבוצה דהרמה בהררית שבגליל. אביב מקדישה את רב זמנה לתרגול וקידום החזון של אוואם – מרכז רוחני לשלום בישראל ומאמינה בו בכל ליבה.
